The Process
- You send us an e-mail either via our contact page or through your own mail service containing as much information as you can provide about your job.
- We’ll get back to you either with a quote or with some questions that we require to finish your quote. We should get back to you within 12 hours and definitely within 24 hours.
- If you’re happy with the quote we’ll send through our project agreement for you to sign along with our bank details so that you can send though your 20% deposit to book the date of your shoot.
- We shoot your project.
- Within 48 hours your images will appear in a private online gallery for you too choose your favourites. If you would prefer, we can choose which we think are the best images for you.
- Once your favourite images have been chosen we will start editing them to the degree that has been agreed upon.
- We will send through the first draft of your images to be approved but they will be 1000px at their longest edge and watermarked.
- We will make any changes that you would like and once we have received the remainder of your balance you will be sent the full sized versions of your images.
- We mail you a DVD with all of the other images we shot on the day as well as the retouched versions.
